Meet our Owner
Hi! I’m Amber. Welcome to Women& Inc. The brand was started in 2014 by my friend Lindsay Roselle in an effort to bring successful, supportive women together. I purchased the brand in May 2023. I believe women need a place to be themselves and to get access to experts and leading consultants in an effort to build better relationships with ourselves, those we lead, and our loved ones.
Here’s a bit about me: I’ve been a teacher, coach, and business owner for years! I caught the entrepreneurship bug in 2017 and have owned three businesses since. I also run a state-wide non-profit in Colorado in the natural resources realm. I’m passionate about building a community of women who embrace who they are and aren’t afraid to go after their dreams.
I am a wife, mom to two girls, enneagram 8, and manifesting generator. There’s never a dull moment and I’m willing to bet you feel that too!
Fun fact- I love duality. I’m both a badass and lean into my feminine side. I love a good, cheap pizza but am a total foodie too. I love a good romance book and action movies and love salty snacks and sweet treats, but never in the same bite!

About the Mastermind
When business feels hard and we crave strategy, we’ve found that what we are lacking isn’t strategy, it’s a deep knowing of who we are, what we want, and who we want to be. The Mastermind is a deep dive into clarity and knowledge with an emphasis on building relationships with ourselves, those we lead, and our loved ones. Learning about the practices and structures that support women in all of the “ands” and knowing who we are as women, daughters, moms, business leaders, etc. is fundamental to business growth.
This is for the woman who:
- knows she is made for more than mediocre and wants to break cycles
- wants an inclusive community of women who “get her” on such a deep level, she feels at home and safe being herself
- is tired of living by everyone else’s standards and expectations
Where women feel:
safe enough to ask the “silly“ questions, empowered to be themselves, and want to lay the foundation needed to grow. The women in the masterminds feel intentional, compassionate, and present. She makes others feel safe, seen, and heard because she knows herself and how to show up for her people.
The Key
Here’s the thing- we begin to crave growth and strategy when we know something is off. Sometimes we know our business is made for more. Other times it’s that our relationships aren’t as fulfilling as they could be. This absolutely starts with the relationship we have with ourself.
It’s not just a cliche- “take care of yourself so you can take care of others” or “put yourself first”- it’s something that is fundamental to relational and personal growth. So if you find yourself wanting more, you’re in the right place.
I can’t tell you how many times I have taken what I have learned about myself into a board room, my living room, or a conversation with a friend. Because guess what... I have compassion with myself and know my strengths and where I want to retreat to when something happens. The next step is taking that compassion and grace to our relationships. Once I did that, things transformed.
My board members feel seen and heard. My daughters feel safe and free. My friends feel supported.
A note from our owner, Amber:
When I started with my first coach, I felt like I had a major learning curve. I didn’t truly know myself well enough to know where I wanted to go in business and I didn’t know how to support those I led or led my life with. After finding myself on the periphery most of my life, caught in the middle between being known and unknown at the same time, I just really wanted a place that felt like I belonged and that I felt safe enough to be my weird, passionate self but that had women at my level.
That is what the Women& Inc mastermind is. A safe place to be real, a cut the bullshit and highlight reels, courageous, audacious, group of women who want to be better women in all aspects of their lives.
